The following options are available to runners registered via one of our Official Charities – Velindre, British Heart Foundation, Cardiff & Vale Health Charity, Tennis Wales or Cardiff City FC Foundation

If you registered for a space in the race provided by one of our Official Charities (with either a complimentary or discounted entry) this space belongs to the charity rather than the individual runner and will likely have a fundraising pledge attached.

Your space has been transferred automatically to the rescheduled event on 26 September 2021 and your fundraising pledge and fundraiser benefits will not be affected.

If you cannot make the new date or would like to transfer your space to another runner you will need to contact your charity directly to discuss your options as different charities have different transferral policies in place.

Please contact your charity as soon as possible if this is your preference. Changes cannot be processed after our transfer deadline on Friday 27 August.

Please check that your entry information is still correct, as many runners will have registered over 12 months ago and changed postage address, predicted finish time or t-shirt size.

To review your registration information, login to the ACTIVE MyEvents Portal, select the ‘2021 Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay Run’, then hit ‘edit registration’.

To check your t-shirt size, please select ‘Registration & QR Code’. It will be included in your order summary. If you need to change your t-shirt size, please e-mail us.

Please login to check your information even if it has not changed and tick the question box to indicate you have reviewed it. This must be done as soon as possible. You may need to cover the cost of a replacement race pack if it is sent to the incorrect address.
